Homestar® rates homes on a scale from 6 to 10. A rating of 6 indicates that the home is significantly warmer, drier, healthier, and more cost-effective to run than one built to the minimum standards of the New Zealand Building Code. A 10 represents a world-class home, setting the benchmark in performance and sustainability.

Homestar on the Coromandel
In 2022, we proudly built the first 7-Star Homestar® rated home on the Coromandel.
Retired chartered accountant Brian and diabetes nurse specialist Norma Devlin are the proud owners of the three bedroom, two bathroom, 195 square metre house.
