I am Luke, and together with my wife Bronnie, we are the proud owners of Beach House Builders Ltd.
I began my building career in 1992, working locally in Whangamata. In 1997 I left for overseas and spent four years in England, gaining additional expertise, adopting new building techniques, and working on a variety of projects that broadened my skills. After returning to New Zealand, Bronnie and I built our own home and had our first child, at the same time working toward continuing to develop a positive reputation within the local trade industry to start our own company. I enjoy being hands-on with every project and take pride in working closely with clients through each stage of the building process.
Bronnie manages the administrative operations of the company, ensuring that all business processes run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to her role in the business, she also manages the Learning Support Department at the local Area School, where she is dedicated to supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential. Her strong organisational skills and commitment to both education and business provide a valuable balance that benefits the company and the wider community.
Both Luke and Bronnie have completed the Homestar Practitioner course through the New Zealand Green Building Council. This equips them with the knowledge to advise clients on sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and healthier home solutions. It also enables the company to integrate industry best practices into their projects, supporting homeowners who wish to achieve a certified Homestar Rating for long-term value and environmental performance.
We look forward to working with you and delivering a personalised experience, whether you are building a new home, renovating, or extending.
